In the meeting room of the Ignacio Agramonte Credit and Services Cooperative (CCS), of said town, the great event of the inland farmers in this part of western Holguín took place.
During the activity, recognitions were given to the most outstanding cooperative members and entities in the last twelve months, with the CCS that hosted the event standing out collectively, which was distinguished with the status of National Vanguard, an incentive that its president Jesús Leyva also achieved individually. Likewise, Omara Velázquez Carralero, Member of the Cuban Parliament and President of the CCS, Cristino Naranjo, from the Jagüeyes neighborhood, and Carlos Alberto Pozo Ramírez, prominent rancher of the territory, member of the National Committee of the ANAP.
The celebration for Peasant's Day in the westernmost part of the Holguín territory, held in Sabanazo, was chaired by Leonardo Batista Pupo, First Secretary of the Municipal Committee of the Party.
