Not even the persistent rain prevented the people of Calixto García from gathering this morning, as they do every October 28, to pay tribute to Camilo Cienfuegos on the 65th anniversary of his physical disappearance.
The emotional ceremony took place at the UJC headquarters, in which students and young people dedicated poems and reaffirmed their commitment to the legacy of these two paradigms of Cuba.
At the end of the meeting, the traditional ceremony was held to place the flower near the river located at the entrance to the town of Buenaventura.
