By moving more than a thousand tons of merchandise monthly, the workers of the truck load base guarantee their corporate purpose and maintain recognition among the transporters of the municipality of Calixto García.

Yovanis García Velázquez, founder of this entity, is distinguished by his work in order to maintain the technical availability of the means of transport and thus face the limitations caused by the United States blockade against Cuba.

“We managed to keep the technique in good condition, with the cooperation of the drivers and mechanics, looking for alternatives to solve the problems with the lack of parts. With inventiveness and will we move forward ”.

The truck load base in the municipality has 6 cars and four vans, means of transport that favor the transfer of more than 800 tons of goods for the basic basket, bread and materials for the construction of houses.
