Revolutionary fighters, students, workers, housewives, peasants filled the esplanade in front of the monument to pay the deserved tribute to the men and women who were part of the IV Front, some of them still active in tasks of the Revolution such as Oscar Orozco Viltres.

Emiliano Serrano, president of the Association of Combatants of the Cuban Revolution in the municipality of Calixto García, in the central words of the act, ratified the confidence in the people who today admire and remain faithful to the patriotic values formed by the guerrillas of the IV Front Simon Bolivar.
