Members of the Solidarity with Cuba Movement of Colombia paid tribute to the leader of the Cuban Revolution - Fidel Castro Ruz - at the monument where his remains lay to rest at Santa Ifigenia Cemetery, in Santiago de Cuba.
One of the solidarity activist Gilda Gomez told ACN, that she is grateful for the Cuban leader’s support in Colombia’s peace process and Cuba’s role in the almost four-year-old dialog held in Havana between the Colombian government and the rebel forces.
